We finally did it. We wore out one of our strobe flash units for our 360 product photography studio. Every product we photograph gets between 20 and 36 individual shots. That’s a lot of strobe firing! On top of that, the shots are done in rapid fire, so we are truly pushing our AlienBee strobes to the limit.

And guess what? After 6 full years of continuous use, we finally wore out one of our B800s. Within a few days we had our replacement shipped to our studio at Imajize headquarters. After unpacking it I thought, “Hey, why not shoot a 360 view of this?”

Within about 5 minutes I had the images shot, edited and uploaded into the Imajize 360 viewer. Here’s how it turned out:
