SpinShot Hardware Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SpinShot hardware purchase. If you're not happy with your hardware for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your hardware must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition and packaging
  • All original components included
  • No signs of use, damage, or modification
  • Original proof of purchase provided

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Shipping Costs

For returns due to manufacturing defects or our error, we'll cover all shipping costs. For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Service Subscriptions

Software Service Returns

Our software services are provided on a subscription basis. Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for software subscriptions. However, we do offer a 14-day free trial for new customers to evaluate our services.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Exception Cases

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent service usage and cannot be resolved
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order hardware
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Digital downloads or software licenses
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Warranty Information

All SpinShot hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from our return policy and may be processed even after the 30-day return period.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Do not use the item
  2. Take photos of the damage
  3. Contact us immediately at Contact us
  4. We'll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost

International Returns

For international customers, return shipping costs and import/export duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any applicable fees.
