“Making this 360 view was easy, but the lighting setup was the hardest part. Getting it set up was a one-time thing, which is great because we don’t need to change the lights–ever! Michael from Imajize was able to help us get everything dialed in, and it has been smooth sailing ever since. We tried shooting on a bar, but we had to edit it out of every frame. We then tried shooting the helmets on a circular sheet of reflective plexiglass and the customer response was very positive. Makes the editing a lot easier too, and the Photoshop ActionScript makes the entire process 100% automated.

My biggest piece of advice would be to use black felt on the background – this creates awesome black highlights around the edges of our helmets.”
