Canceling Your Account

Follow our simple cancellation process and let us know how we can improve.

If there’s a reason or issue behind your decision to cancel then send an email to support@imajize.com and ask for Michael–he’s the Imajize diplomat in charge of turning frowns upside down.

Here’s the process to cancel your account: 

  1. You’ll need to log in as the account owner (this is the account that entered the credit card).

  2. Once you’re logged in, click on Account at the top right and select Plans & Billing Details.

  3. Within the Plans & Billing Details page, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel account (it’s underneath the “Update Credit Card” button).

  4. Confirm that you want to cancel, we’ll ask you to fill out a few questions about your experience, and that’s it.
