How can I capture the images?

Use any camera with manual controls (DSLR/mirrorless recommended) and a turntable to rotate your product between shots.

Technical Questions

Do you offer both HTTP and HTTPS?
Yes—HTTPS by default for security and SEO; HTTP is available for legacy use cases.
Can I add additional images and video links to a 360 view?
Yes—use hotspots to add images, videos, product info, and custom links inside your 360° views.

Billing & Account

Am I locked into a messy contract?
No. No contracts — pay as you go.
How do I update my credit card?
Easy! Simply log in and click on "Account" (upper right-hand corner). From there, click on "Plans & Billing Details" and you'll see a form for updating your card. If something seems wrong, you can contact us at support@spinshot.io. We'll be happy to help with a zippy reply.
Payments and contracts
All major cards. Pay monthly or annually. Cancel anytime from Account settings. Invoices provided.
What about VAT fees for European customers?
We're a non‑EU provider, so we don't charge VAT. EU customers typically use the reverse‑charge mechanism.
Do I need multiple SpinShot accounts if I have more than one website?
Good news: There is no limit to the number of websites you can embed your 360 view into.
I need to cancel my account, how can I do that?
Go to Account > Plans > Cancel Account. Need help? Email support@spinshot.io.
Is there a storage or bandwidth limit?

No hard limits. Very high usage may hit a soft cap; most customers never do.
